Sven Henriksen
Sales & Marketing, Managing Partner
Sven speaks French, German and English, and holds a Swiss federal diploma in sales management. He has turned his passion into his work, and has acquired over 35 years’ expertise in the Swiss and international watchmaking industry as sales and marketing director for several Swiss watch brands, and as sales director and COO in a leading Swiss OEM watch company. He launched H-Development in 2016 to share his many contacts and industry knowledge.
Yann Mazzon
Technology & Development, Partner
Yann is a certified microtechnology engineer. With over 25 years of expertise in the Swiss and international watchmaking industry, he has a perfect grasp of the codes of his branch and knows the watchmaking industry inside out. Former COO of a major Swiss OEM watch company, he also gained significant experience as Technical Director of several Swiss-based watch brands. Yann joined H-Development in 2017 as a partner and technical consultant.
Myriam Salvatore
Myriam obtained her Federal Certificate in International Trade in 2020. With several years’ experience in the watchmaking industry in the logistics and export fields, she joined H-Development in 2023.
Kelly Henriksen
Communication & Public Relations
Kelly graduated from the University of Neuchâtel with a Bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and management. After her studies, she worked for 4 years as head of corporate events and communications for a major Swiss watchmaking company. After an internship at a communications agency in Zurich, where she learned a lot about public relations and social media management, she joined H-Development in 2018.
